HOW TO DO EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
- Click on the above button to open our return/exchange dashboard
- Login with your email or mobile number
- You will find a list of orders eligible for returns.
- Select the relevant order and choose the items you want to return or exchange.
- For COD orders, no bank details are collected at this stage.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
- Accessories are non-returnable
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?
- There is a nominal handling charge of Rs. 150 for facilitating the return and exchange
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
HOW WILL I GET MY REFUND FOR COD ORDER?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a Razorpay link where you can enter your bank details and claim the refund amount.
HOW WILL I GET MY REFUND FOR PREPAID ORDER?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund to your source within 7 days.
HOW LONG DOES EXCHANGE TAKE?
- Once you raise the request, the products are picked up within 1–2 days
- The exchange products are delivered within 10–12 days from the date of pickup.
